14.0 Progress Reports

OVERVIEW

TZMs are required to submit quarterly progress reports to WTSC. Progress reports are submitted through WEMS.

PROCEDURE

Steps:

  • Log into WTSC Enterprise Management System: https://wtsc.smartsimple.com/s_Login.jsp
  • In the upper right corner, hover over "Grant Monitoring" and select "Progress Reports."
  • Under "My Progress Reports" select the "Due" tab if not already selected.
  • Click on the "Open" button of the desired progress report.
  • Complete the text boxes in the progress report.
  • Click on "Update Milestones." WEMS will open a new page where each listed milestone can be updated. Once complete, click "Save" and then "Close."
  • Supporting documents can be uploaded to the progress report by clicking on the "Upload" button on the lower left corner of the report.
  • Click "Save Draft" at the bottom center of the page.
