GROWING A TASK FORCE
TZMs are encouraged to facilitate the growth of their task force by identifying gaps in the expertise of their members.
After identifying gaps in the task force, carefully choose local community members that can provide that expertise.
Solicit existing task force members for names of potential new members.
Approach knowledge experts with an invitation to attend a meeting.
